Delete Account

You can complete account deletion here without emailing support. The app does not require you to create another account, add a password, or contact an administrator to finish deleting your account.

• Your app login and authentication record
• Your profile record and app role links
• Your notification settings tied to your account email
• Your calendar sync tokens
• Your email address link on the fellow schedule record

Some schedule records must remain available so the fellowship can preserve coverage, audit, safety, and compliance history. Retained records are restricted to authorized program users.

• Historical schedule assignments and coverage records
• Administrative audit logs required for schedule integrity
• Records required by law, institutional policy, security, or compliance obligations

Account deletion is processed immediately after confirmation. If a retained record is required for schedule integrity, legal, security, or institutional policy reasons, it remains restricted and is no longer tied to your app login.
